Missed Opportunity with William Hill

I wrote a few months ago about a job I found through LinkedIn with William Hill. I held off applying for the job knowing that I'd be doing a couple of Extended Practice projects based on sports, which would be really suitable to show them. Unfortunately I waited to long and applications are now closed. It's highlighted the importance of asking questions - If I'd e-mailed them to ask them when applications close, I would've at least managed to apply with my current portfolio, which would've still given me a chance.
